- 10+ years’ Experience in enterprise applications as a solution architect
- Experience in OOPS and Multithreading
- Experience in Node.js, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML 5, CSS3,React.js
- Experience in defining/creating SOAP & RESTful web services.
- Experience in JAVA/Node.js/React.js/JavaScript
- Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chatbots will be added advantage.
- Bot Related Design and Implementation is required.
- Skillset should have the following JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web Sockets
- Experience in contact center solutions
- Experience in reporting & analytics and Systems Integrations
- UI-side development experience in any one of the technologies Java Script /Angular.JS / React.JS/Vue.JS
