In the end, they want to have designers work in figma and these folks export this out into android and then go back into design integration

They’ve both done something in chat composed, but more on the side and not as much deep expertise

On the more complex graphics 

None of them knew hot to draw a stock graph on Android

Android developer is still something their looking for - 99% is coding, but they need to be able to talk to the designers 

Dynamically generated graphics - animated

Expedia for example would fall into simple category - this is very static content, pics and images vs. engine data (graph) or something animated on android

Good example: stock ticker, nasdeq where they have complex graph that shows visual data -

Resumes were spot on, the experience he couldn’t gauge but they both just had exposure rather than experience - companies that they’ve worked for still use the traditional approach 

Keep looking along these profiles, visual side just needs to be more complex and has used figma in start at a design, do an implementation and done tooling . Need someone who knows how to draw something

Stock ticker is more than just a number, its a graph and things athat are behind it

They will have historic data and engine performance etc. to put into a visual

The style he had and look/feel is not what they’re designers have in mind
