Vendor Note: This is less of a SCRUM Master / Agile PM and more of a traditional PM with some SCRUM / Agile experience.
It is IMPORTANT that these CNs are strong in PMBOK and ideally Six Sigma also.
They MUST have PMBOK (and visible in their resumes) AND/OR Six Sigma (Six Sigma certification STRONGLY preferred).
They MUST also have experience managing ERP / CRM projects.
Minimum Requirement
- Senior Project Manager – Lead / Oversee / Ensure Successful Delivery / Management of Enterprise Software Implementation Projects | ERP / CRM / HCM Project Management
- PMBOK (knowledge) – Application of Process in Conventional / Hybrid Projects
- Project Budgeting – Define Project Budgets in Collaboration with Leads / Management | Monitor / Report on Actual Budgeted Hours / Cost Against Project / Project Estimates, etc.
- SCRUM / Agile Methodology – Adoption of Standards and Best Practices / Facilitate Sprints, Release Planning, and Ceremonies / Remove Impediments / Coach to Facilitate Adoption and Improvement in Agile Methodologies and Principles, etc.
PREFERRED (not required)
- PMP – Project Management Professional
- CSM – Certified SCRUM Master / PSM – Professional SCRUM Master
- Six Sigma Certification
- Dynamics 365 / Epicor 10
- Engineering Design and/or Commercial Industrial Manufacturing Industry Experience
