Role 1 – PM/ Deep Tech SME

Skill – Acumatica experience.

We need an expert in the system so that he can advise the team on best practices and help them make sure that the system is configured correctly. Should, ideally, have manufacturing and distribution Industry experience. So, a resource like this might have around 15 years of overall experience in ERP implementation and good number of hands-on Acumatica expertise

Role 2 - Project Manager who can help them develop a road map for implementation and ensure that they do everything in a timely manner. He /she can do role 1 and also role 2. Do not want a generic PM. Need some decent experience in Acumatica implementations
