•    Mainframe experience with expertise on IBM Mainframe stacks – COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, IMS DB/DC.
•    Should have experience on working with any one of the Mainframe based Core Banking Products – HOGAN, ACAPS, AFS, ALS
•    Should have knowledge of integrating distributed systems to Mainframe applications for transactions, routing, and data exchanges. 
•    A person should have worked on core banking solutions and worked on atleast 2 main bank projects, hands on strong working experience on mainframe, person should have integration experience as well.
•    We need people who can work on core banking system and has expertise on HOGAN, COBOL etc,
•    A person should have implemented and developed not just supported banking solutions.
