Job description/responsibilities:
1.Gathering requirements from business and get clarifications
2.Analyzing the existing processes and prepare process flow diagrams.
3.Helping clients to determine/propose optimal solutions
4.Translating collected requirement into technical solutions
5.Drafting functional specification documents
6.Preparing high level and detail level design for the given business problems
7.Hands on expertise to write coding and testing
8.Co-ordination with offshore counterparts for deliverables
9.Co-ordination with other teams to complete development stages.
10.Deliverable management from onshore
11.Job monitoring and fixing batch and online issues for resolution
12.Communicating issues and status to team members, management and stake holders
Required skills (must be showcased on resume):
