Responsibilities:

?        Participate on teams for projects that have aWeb functional component. Prepare size and scope analysis and timelinedocumentation.

?        Analyze and document business requirements byparticipating in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, interviewing BusinessArea Experts, etc. Develop prototypes based on the requirements and prepareInternal and External Design documents in accordance with HESC's SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC).

?        Using Analysis and Design documents, develop,document, and maintain programs, modules, classes, objects, Web pages, etc., asapplicable. Environment consists of Microsoft Visual Studio / SQL using C# /VB, Active Server Pages (ASP), and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) andCascading Style Sheets (CSS) on .NET Server.

?        Construct, test, and deploy complex SQLstatements for querying \ updating SQL Server databases which support HESC'sportfolio of program offerings.

?        Create development test plans and prepare and/orrefresh test conditions and associated accounts. Following the test plan,execute unit, run stream, subsystem, and regression tests as needed.

?        Review all test results, comparing the resultsto the identified conditions. Debug and rerun as needed.

?        Provide business area and external customersupport for the project deliverables.

?        Act as a Web functional liaison with other unitsin Information Award Technology (IT) and with other Divisions in HESC. Provideinformation and support as needed.

?        Follow all existing guidelines and recommend newguidelines for asp.net Web functional development
