Cloud = some Azure, aws in just one project, one project in GCP and this person does NOT need Workday experience. Lead and/or participate in requirement gathering and issue resolution meetings with technical and business resources.  Be able to create business requirements definition, functional, system design and technical specifications that are detailed,Manage client expectations effectively and effectively communicate status of all open work.
