o Self Service Portal and Service Catalog
o IT Asset Management
o Reporting
o ITOM - Alert Monitoring
o ServiceNow Integration with Monitoring tools
o ServiceNow Integration with AD/ ADFS
o Build CMDB and creating the CI relationships for ServiceNow
• Regular incidents, catalog and problem tasks
