A. Manager, Customer Support –

1) Establishing and implementing project management processes andmethodologies;

2) Assembling project plans and teamwork assignments: RiskIdentification and Management

3) Directing and monitoring work efforts daily: Logisticsmanagement;

4) Identifying resource needs;

5) Performing quality reviews;

6) Escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.

7) Tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plansand/or resources;

8) Coordinating communication with all areas of the enterprisethat impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort beingmanaged; and

9) Coordinating status reports and stability of project area workefforts

Candidate shall have the following knowledge, skills, andabilities:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relatedfield; or equivalent work experience;

2) Seven (7) to ten (10) years of IT experience including managingteams, customer service, and production project management in multi-platformenvironments;

3) Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP);

4) Experience in working under general direction for mid to seniormanagement for at least seven (7) years;

5) Leadership experience with managing and completing complexprojects;

6) Contractor shall possess atleast two (2) years of working experience with IT and project management as itpertains to program areas such as reemployment services and/or community development.
