    • Self Service Portal and Service Catalog   
    • IT Asset Management   
    • Reporting           
    • ITOM - Alert Monitoring              
    • ServiceNow Integration with Monitoring tools    
    • ServiceNow Integration with AD/ ADFS
    • Build CMDB  and creating the CI relationships for ServiceNow
  • Regular incidents, catalog and problem tasks
