?Need Infrastructure background WITH MuleSoft

?MuleSoft is used to integrate applications and data

?This team owns the entire MuleSoft platform, so they initiate thesetup for groups at Humana who want to implement

?Be able to speak with different business units and not afraid toprovide recommendations/network when needed

 

Must Have Requirements:

 

?At Least 10Years of professional IT experience in designing,developing, and architecting Service oriented architecture, RESTfularchitecture and event driven architecture.

?At least 5years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft Platformincluding setting up cluster, installing the runtime, managing the servers,performance tuning, debugging issues in cloud hub and runtime fabricdeployments using BYOK.

?Extensive knowledge on MuleSoft connectors specially Salesforce connector.

?Knowledge of setting cloud VPCs, peering, CIDR range, load balancers.

?Configurations related to MuleSoft Runtime fabric on AKS experienceis a must.

?Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting skill on AzureDevops(CI/CD) and Kubernetes (specially AKS).

?Proponent of infrastructure as a code. Hands on experience withterraform is good to have.

?Understanding of security concept such as identity management,Authorization, Authentication etc.

?Understanding of cloud concepts including Iaas, Paas, Saas andiPaaS.

?Expert in one of either Azure, AWS or GCP

?MuleSoft platform certification is a plus.

 

Responsibilities 

?Ensure Platform Designs for Non-Functional Requirements(Resiliency, Reliability, HA, Performance) are incorporated into API’s prior tomigrating into production

?Setup, review and update common services — Monitoring, Logging,Alerting, CI/CD & Snow APM

PlatformLicenses Capacity Planning, Sizing and Renewals

?Manage Admins/ Service Accounts / Non SSO Accounts

?Security Keys/ Certificates management 

?Platform Business Continuity plan and setup

?Platform Audit trails, periodic reviews

?Track and Promote MuleSoft Platform Capability

?Ensure appropriate Stakeholders Communication & Reporting 

?Help MobilizeC4E processes across service lines like the BusinessAPI Discovery

?Promote API Portal(Exchange) Governance Guidelines 

?API LED Design Guidelines & Narrative

?Platform /Infra / Security Patches & Upgrades

?MuleSoft Platform Capability Awareness 

?Work with theC4E lead and operations manager

?To identify key program KPI’s and help lay the foundation togather this data from the platform.

?Work closely with the Mule C4E Lead to align to corporate standards

?Work with the platform support team to ensure continuousimprovement in SOP’s, Incident Management and Communication, Track MuleSoftSupport Incidents and maintenance notifications

?Manage platform team activities, escalations, expertise

?Govern development and Humana Cloud Ops and CPT for environmentmigrations, infrastructure performance, maintenance and escalations
