- Must have experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions required.
- Strong MS Office skills specifically Visio
- 8+ years working as a Technical Business Analyst
- Familiar with testing plans
- Ability to synthesize reported issues or feature requests and assist team in prioritizing work
- Strong analysis and reporting skills (within Excel - V-lookup, and Pivot Tables)
- Proficient in creating workflow diagrams or other supporting visuals
- Understands the business issues and data challenges
- Experience with ServiceNow a plus
Business Analyst - Summary - Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst that has experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM). This consultant will assist in the RFP process of selection around IAM.
- Coordinate with business partners to define business and functional requirements and be the primary liaison between developers and the business teams.
- Manage project-related tasks between team members and support coordination of activities between team members and others as needed.
- Participate in and support the SDLC process, including project planning, execution, communication, and post-project activities.
- Maintain current knowledge of IT development methodology, design principles, and technical standards.
- Communicate with project manager on a frequent basis; identify tasks and issues that may have an impact on service level agreements or schedules.
- Create project-related updates, documentation and presentations using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
