Desired Qualifications:
Experience developing ServiceNow Workflows, UIPages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UIPolicies, ServiceNow APIs, and Security Rules (ACLs).
Experience building custom automation workflows anddevelopment of customized modules
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems(REST, SOAP, JSON/XML).
ITIL V3/V4 Foundations Certified
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM orCSM or ITOM or ITBM
Service Now pre-sales accreditations in multiple productlines (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM etc)
