- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or related field
- 6 years of total work professional work experience
- 6 years of strong Automation experience (Selenium, Soap UI, Postman)
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Testing scope including planning, assessments, script development & maintenance preferably in cloud environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be capable of working under general direction
- Strong experience with JIRA
- Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
- Strong exposure and experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Candidate should have experience in testing Salesforce.
- Candidate must be a team player and work closely with other automation developers to build/support the Automation Framework.
- Candidate should have good understanding of automation testing
- Candidate should have Salesforce certifications (Administrator / Advanced Administrator)
Responsibilities:
As a Design and Test Support resource, candidate is expected to:
- Participate in discussions with stakeholders using strong communications skills to determine requirements for testing needs within a product feature or across the platform.
- Plan, organize, and implement day to day activities of testing and work with developers, architects, and technical release managers
- Understand complex business and functional requirements and provide direction in designing the technical test cases that thoroughly test the application.
- Create and Maintain Test Plans Execute End-to-End Test Plans
- Proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain written testing artifacts to support the team
- Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with peers on the team, obtain guidance and provide status to team leads
- Support different teams (like System Integration Team, Product Qualification Team, User Acceptance Team and Production) at Hughes to support feature/functions in the SDLC process
