Strong understanding of Merchandising processes must ( Purchase/vendor order management, Store order/replenishment, Pricing and promotions, Item management, Inventory management).
Should have experience in blueprinting the current process out of legacy system and convert into a Business requirement document (BRD) and help in creating FSDs
Should have experience in capturing the Business process workflow from user point of view (screens, data, integration) and scenarios/use cases for each process
Should have worked in large transformation programs and ability to conduct workshop with senior business users/super users and IT leaders/service owners
Client/onsite location is Nashville TN. Remote is ok for assessment but should be flexible to work in client time zone for the workshops, deep dives and status calls
