- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex programs and projects
- Training and experience with Agile practices
- Experience working specifically on Clinical programs, including clinical data management, clinical operations etc.

- Biopharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
- Experience with high-growth stage companies
- PMP, Agile CSM, PSM or similar certification and hands-on experience
