The new applications will implement an N-tier architectureand comply with ODPS coding standards.During the interview process with theODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience intheir specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience mustalso be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showingtechnical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason toreject the Offeror’s proposal.  It is the responsibility of the Offeror topre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.  Resource will have abackground check conducted by ODPS.

REQUIREDSKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

1.  10 years of verifiable experience as a .NET WebDeveloper developing ASP.NET MVC applications at least 4 years.

2.  10 years of verifiable ASP.NET experiencedeveloping with the C# language. 

3.  2 years of verifiable experience withMicroservices. 

4.  2 years of verifiable experience with Microsoft C#.NET Core or .NET 5.

5.  10 years of verifiable experience with SQL ServerDatabase Design and development including optimization of queries, creatingtables, views, stored procedures, and functions.

6.  10 years of application experience developingapplications using Entity Framework (EF) 4.0 or later.

7. 5 years of experience developing a project within theAGILE methodology.

8.  10 years of verifiable experience developing webapplications utilizing the 4.0 .NET Framework or higher.

9.  10 years of verifiable Service OrientedArchitecture (SOA) experience developing and securing Windows CommunicationFoundation (WCF).

10.  10 years of experience or a demonstrableunderstanding of N-tier environments as it relates to development anddeployment.

11.  10 years of experience or a demonstrableunderstanding of code repository strategies, code promotion strategies andrecovery using Team Foundation Server (TFS).

12.  5 years of verifiable experience implementingAsynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) enabled controls within Active ServerPages (ASP).Net Web applications.

13.  5 years of verifiable experience developingreports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and making them accessiblewithin an MVC web application.

14.  5 years of experience or a demonstrableunderstanding of developing applications that are mobile compliant.

15.  A demonstrable understanding of implementingsecure coding practices for an ASP.Net MVC application.

16.  2 years of experience in Test Driven Development(TDD) or a verifiable experience implementing a testing strategy forapplications developed.

17. 5 years of experience developing with Visual Studio; 2years with Visual Studio 2019.

18. 5 years of experience with TFS/Azure DevOps includinggit, boards and CI/CD pipelines.

19. Experience developing reports using SSRS and Power BI

DESIREDSKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

1. Experience developing SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS).

2. Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud computing, containers,Kubernetes.

3. MCPD certification will be highly advantageous.
