- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- minimum of 9+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Ability to design and develop custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Salesforce Developer certifications are a plus.
