Use Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies in the full life cycle software development process including requirements analysis, software design, prototyping, programming, debugging and testing of system software production applications. Participate in technical design and implementation. Proactively raises issues if specification will lead to quality, system performance, or architectural issues in product. Collaborate with fellow developers in areas of expertise as well as members of business unit. Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to solving problems. Develop, debug, deliver, and support value add enterprise applications. Proactively mentor fellow developers and support staff in areas of expertise.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- 6-8 years of CRM SDK and Developers Toolkits
- Strong technical level of experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and proficiency with SQL queries
- Proficiency with either Microsoft Report Builder or building/maintaining reports in Visual Studio, SSRS experience a plus
- Data migration and integration mapping experience
- UI Development (HTML, JavaScript, Silverlight, etc.)
- Experience in developing/migrating existing InfoPath Forms to PowerApps model and canvas driven apps
- Automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with API or rest services integrations with PowerApps.
- Good knowledge on design low-code portals for external users using Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience of (MS-SQL Server 2012 & above) database development, querying, analysis, writing and reviewing stored procedures, functions and views using Transact SQL (Level of knowledge - Intermediate)
- Experience with Business Processes
- Outstanding troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Experience writing multi-tier components for high volume systems
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Advanced degree or training in related technical field preferred
