• IT work experience in business intelligence tools and systems (3 years)

•Experience with SQL, Oracle, and other skills for large system monitoring

• Experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Tolling

• Experience with Power BI

•Government experience- Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or

equivalent work experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform queries, analyze, and evaluation of data in a data warehouse environment

• Use data mining and data analysis tools to isolate and extract data based on specific parameters andmonitors toll transaction data flow to identify any inconsistencies;

• Perform regular monitoring and trend analysis of system performance and Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs);

• Recommend changes tosystems or operations where needed. Reviews and validates data in the datawarehouse for accuracy;

• Maintain knowledge ofsoftware tools, languages, scripts, and shells that effectively support thedata warehouse environment in different operating system environments
