We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will partner the Product Management, IT/Operations and Business teams by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of software product's features.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Technology Product Management, Architecture (Domain +Platform level), RTE, and Offer Strategy & Solutions (OSS) function on solution definition

Understand the business context through engagement with Tech Product Management, Business stakeholders and provide local direction to the team as an extension of this group

Develop the technical and functional understanding to promote and facilitate the product vision & strategy with all stakeholders (Sales Tech and external)

Develop deep understanding of technical and functional architecture (Current and target state)

Drive the preparation of solution framework in partnership with platform architect post  requirement definition and achieve  stakeholders buy in

Create both functional  and technical user stories which are in line with the requirement and solution finalized.

Prepare following artifacts:

User stories and traceability to requirements

API interactions Documentation with User interface and system APIs

Digital Workflows

System use cases and there mapping to capability matrix.

o Data Mapping Definitions

o Sequence Diagrams

o Call Flows

Capability matrix of the System

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of Significance

Strong understanding of Ecommerce platform and ability to provide options to meet business requirements and hurdles based on platforms capabilities

Flexibility to handle project scopes changes preferred

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have

6 plus years of experience in IT industry as Business Analyst/Product Owner experience

Good in communication and team player skills o Agile SDLC Methodology

Experience as a business analyst writing features and stories for development teams.

Backlog management & prioritization

Be able to read Java code

REST API knowledge

Nice to have

Prior experience in Software Engineering/Software Developer roles experience in microservice Architecture with Cloud technology.
