This essential role within Software Engineering team works in Mobile Apps: Borrower App, H2O App and focuses on Communication and Coordination with multiple team members that include Sr. SWE, BSA, QA, Business Stakeholders. The specific responsibilities include:
- Work with project participants to maximize productivity, effectiveness, and timely completion.
- Work independently with minimal direct supervision; exercise independent judgment to obtain results.
- Consult with senior level management when issues require it.
- Participate in estimation process.
- Responsible for source code development; create technical documentation; utilize software configuration, version, and quality management processes.
- Responsible for unit testing, performance tuning, defect remediation during testing, and deployment planning
- Participate in Production Support Escalation if necessary for high-severity issues within their application domain.
