They have implemented thischatbot into ServiceNow with an internal ServiceNow developer but they don'thave the resources to tackle the task for Sharepoint. Kore.ai is not able toimplement it so BSMH is looking to bring in an outside resource as they don'thave any true developers on their team. We are first starting with a call to goover the history, scope, etc. Then they said they would be happy to loop in theServiceNow developer and Kore.ai forany additional tech instructions if needed
