- Analyse customer needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within the Scoped ServiceNow application.
- Design and customize ServiceNow for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- Advising the best practices to customer when interacting with the system.
- Identifying system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the Production Instance.
- Identifying bugs and reviewing related information to develop, evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Determining how Instances should work and how changes in conditions, operations, will affect the environments.
- Knowledge of the practical application of computer science and technology which includes applying principles, techniques and procedures to the design and customization of ServiceNow.
