·         10+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft CloudHub and API Management.
·         12+ Years of overall experience with a strong Java and integration background.
·         Design and implement API led integration strategy using MuleSoft platform
·         Translate business requirements into technical solutions through the use of MuleSoft Anypoint platform
·         Responsible for designing, implementing and supporting MuleSoft platform
·         Apply integration design patterns such as message routing, content enrichment, batch processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms to deliver required functionality
·         Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate data integration
·         Assist in coding, testing, debugging, implementing and documenting MuleSoft based flows and integrations
·         Apply agile principles to capture requirements, track progress, and ensure project success
·         Effectively document design requirements and specifications through excellent written and verbal communication
·         Ensure that the design and application implementation meets security and QA standards
·         Evolve and shape the strategy, architecture, platform and standards for the Integration team.
·         Participate in the design and development of data pipelines between various systems
·         Experience in leading meetings and presenting to groups
·         Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively
·         Demonstrated experience working in agile environments
·         Specify and publish standards around APIs.
·         Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the integration domain.
·         Lead & mentor integration team through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance
·         Conducts benchmarking and sizing exercises.
·         Takes ownership of integration architecture to solve business problems and generate maximum value for stakeholders.
·         Transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications
·         Partner with other functions across IT & business to ensure collaboration, consistency and quality of solutions
·         Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects
·         Ensure self and development team adheres to documented design and development patterns and standards
·         Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers.
·         Provide continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances.
