This two-pronged role sits within the Regulatory Program Office responsible for managing regulatory exams as well as critical components of the RCSA program.

Develops, coordinates, and provides support and reporting for Regulatory Exams on behalf of the US operating entities. Represents or oversees the representation of Santander US or its various entities to minimize legal, compliance and regulatory risk. Gathers, documents, and examines evidence with business partners in order to respond to regulatory requests during exams or on an ad-hoc basis. Partners with lines of businesses to create meeting materials in addition to gathering evidence. In addition to Exam Management the individual is responsible for several components of the RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) program specifically process prioritization, process mapping, and RCM/RCSA development. The incumbent operates with the First Line of Defense and is accountable to assist in driving effective and consistent business line execution against the RCSA Standard and Guidelines.

Location:

- Onsite for a hybrid work model (2-3 days in office per week)

- Open to the following locations: Boston, Dallas, New York, New Jersey, Miami, Coconut Grove

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience

- IT general controls experience

- RCSA framework experience

- Strong organizational skills

- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead large and small meetings with confidence and professionalism

- Ability to influence key stakeholder and process owners

- Exam management experience

- Risk & Controls experience
