JOB DETAIL

  • Lead the entiretest management process
  • Report to andwork closely with the QA Manager in creating and maintaining test plans, teststrategies and testing roadmaps, tracking, and reporting on testing progress,quality metrics and milestones
  • Manage, direct,and coordinate SIT and UAT teams
  • Mentor andguide testing teams on the creation and execution of test cases; Prioritize andassigns test responsibilities to the testing team
  • Coordinate anddrive test planning sessions; Drive defect management process
  • Coordinate withvendor(s) to ensure testing is on track and meets the quality metrics
  • Review testscenarios, test cases, and test data for completeness in requirements coverage(RTM)
  • Train and guideBusiness users through UAT; Prepares testing manuals as needed
  • Manage andmitigate test/QA-related risks and issues to the program – escalate risks asneeded
  • Gather, interpret,and present test execution metrics for socialization with steering committees.
  • Work with testautomation teams to meet the automation goals per the test plan
  • Review clientrequirement and provides feedback
  • Reviews andre-evaluates the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks,shifting priorities, and schedules
  • Oversee qualityreview of various applications
  • Overseeprojects to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks and teamstrengths and assignment of resources across projects
  • Assist in testenvironment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testing
  • Providesuitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the systemand client business processes
  • Works withclients in evaluating and implementing new technologies and offer strategiesfor new opportunities
  • Assists informulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies andprocesses and strategic plans
  • Assistsmanagement in setting the direction for quality assurance within theorganization
  • Assists inrecruiting new staff, conducting interviews and evaluate potential candidates
    RequiredSkills:
  • 7 Years - Knowledgeof Enterprise IT Systems and related State/Federal procurement, compliance, andcontracting policies
  • 7 Years –Ability to provide project management support and manage the date-to-day vendorand contract activities to ensure that the project meets it planned
  • 7 Years – Hasan understanding of CMS’ Seven Standards and Conditions and the Medicaid program
  • 7 Years –Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, function in afast-paced moving constantly changing, deadline driven environment
  • 7 Years – Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Access, and Adobe software
  • 7 Years –Skills in persuasion, negotiation, relationship management, conflictresolution, and effective oral and written communication at all levels
  • 7 Years –Ability to lead a team through effective delegation, training, and motivation
  • 7 Years –Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
    DesiredSkills:
  • 7 Years –Experience in work effort estimation
  • Hands on experiencein test automation/test automation tools
  • Strongknowledge of security, penetration, load, and performance testing
  • Experience inMedicaid or Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) projects; Knowledgeof CMS seven standards and conditions and MITA frameworks; CMS certificationrequirements
