What youll be doing:

Good knowledge in following Monitoring

• Basic server services
• Backup and storage
• Knowledge on Network Availability
• Servers availability and performance
• URL availability and alerts
• Applications availability and performance alerts
• Access and Policy Violation alerts

What youll need:

• Demonstrable track record of 2 years experience in IT Remote Infrastructure monitoring
• Good understanding of relationship between IT Infrastructure assets like Application, Network and Servers.
• Good in understanding the IT Infrastructure and importance of critical issue.
• Experience in managing the response to business-critical issue events.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the written and oral communication skills necessary to build relationships between team members.
• Must be a good team player.
• Good knowledge in ITIL Standards and ticketing tool.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
