• Will build complex, custom-designed, multi-tier, enterprise-level business applications that
  utilize LAMP stack

• Will work on full life-cycle software applications, including analysis, data modeling,
  requirements gathering, development, testing and deployment

• Will lead development teams, including conducting task estimation, iteration planning,
  coaching through software issues and facilitating architecture discussions and decisions

• Will coach and mentor junior developers in analysis, testing, project management,
  object-oriented programming skills

• Will employ best practices of software development methodologies

• Will write and implement test scripts and frameworks, including unit, integration, and
  functional testing

• Will coach and mentor team members on software development methodologies and best
  practices

• Will handle deployment of applications on AWS

Experience

• Experience in eLearning domain will be an added advantage.

• Work as part of the core product team and help in building and maintaining the product

• Full life-cycle software solution experience, including analysis, data modeling, development,
  testing and deployment

• Leading development teams, including conducting task estimation, iteration planning,
  coaching through software issues and facilitating architecture discussions and decisions

• Coaching and mentoring junior developers in analysis, testing, project management,
  object-oriented programming skills

• Writing and implementing test scripts and frameworks, including unit, integration, and
  functional testing

• Designing and conducting presentations on full life-cycle software development and project
  management

• Facilitating group discussions and communication exercises
