JOB DETAIL

  • 2+ years of experience of working as an HR Executive for Digital Advertising firm

Tasks

  • Sourcing candidates for open positions through various channels ( job boards, social media, professional network, referrals etc.)
  • Conduct screening interviews of potential candidates for further rounds.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and arrange the interview with the shortlisted candidates.
  • Rolling out the offer letter after the necessary reference checks.
  • Conducting new employee orientation.
  • Maintaining various databases & records such as employee records, applicant database etc.
  • Responding to staff queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits and other HR related matters.
  • Conduct regular research on HR Trends & industry trends.

Education

  • Bachelors degree or above with majors in Human Resources Management or relevant fields.

Skills :

  • Good knowledge & proficient usage of MS- Office applications.
  • Must have experience of working on an HRMS or HRIS.
  • Good communication skills with a strong command over the English language.
  • Enthusiastic & creative - should have an ability to present ideas.
  • Experience of working in an advertising agency will be an added advantage.
