* 6-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP
* Hands on experience on SAP ABAP handling RICEFW objects
* Experience in building interfaces to Non-SAP applications leveraging RFC's, BAPI's and Web Services
* Experience in User Exits and BADIs
* Ability to understand the business process and trouble shoot issues supporting Functional consultants
* Ability to transform business function requirements into technical specs, code, test and debug programs to identify and fix issues
