B. Minimum Qualifications of Candidate Required:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

4+ years' experience managing IT projects

Experience working with Agile methodology

Experience with projects in a program environment (i.e., multiple interrelated and coordinated projects) led by a Program Manager

Experience with large-scale implementation projects with the following characteristics: o very large and high-profile o multiple technologies and functions o collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations  7+ years of IT work experience including but not limited to:

gathering and documenting business and technical requirements o producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or test scripts o facilitating business and technical analysis meetings and producing detailed meeting agendas and notes

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint and PowerPoint

Preferred:

Bachelor of Science/ANs degree

Experience working with Azure DevOps

Experience with distributed application architecture

Experience working with state government

Experience working with Florida's Early Learning Coalitions
