• Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Application development experience (10+ years);
• IT infrastructure experience (10+ years);
• Enterprise architecture experience (5+ years);
• Experience in Object-oriented programming (10+ years);
• Experience with SQL scripting and ETL (SSIS) programming including Business Intelligence and SQL Data Warehouse structures (5+ years);
• JavaScript experience (5+ years);
• Experience in ASP.NET MVC, and application development using C# and Scrum (3+ years);
• Experience in Angular JS (2+ years);
• Architect design and development experience with .NET applications and entity framework; including Linq to SQL, Linq to Entity, MVC, Object-Oriented programming, and ASP .NET (3+ years);
• Experience providing design reviews and best practices to the development team in accordance with client project specifications (5+ years);
• Experience using Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Access) (3+ years);
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (2+ years);
• Experience working with and managing Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) (5+ years);
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure cost analyses, DevOps (including pipelines, triggers, blob storage, data migration, data warehouse, scheduling VMs and Webjobs, ADF, Graph API, AM templates, and other configuration) and skilled in integrating Azure AD into a web application using OpenID Connect (5+ years);
• Experience with government IT standards including data encryption and application hardening (5+ years);
• Experience managing scope to product owner specifications (3+ years);

• Experience with Medicaid managed care program and services, data structure, requirements, laws, and regulations

Responsibilities:
•Attend and participate in all aspects of Agile Scrum development projects including but not
limited to the following:
•    Planning Sessions;
•    Stand-Up Sessions;
•    Review Sessions;
•    Backlog Grooming Sessions;
•    Pointing Sessions;
•    Retrospective Sessions;
• Modify, create, and test application code for identified stories and functions, with a zero defect rate;
• Document application modifications and additions daily as coding tasks are assigned, and store in a document repository;
• Query proprietary data warehouses to combine specialized data sets to support the analytic work.
