JOB DETAIL

Credit/Debit or Financial knowledge. Should be quick learner, Detail-oriented, Multitasker.

Ability to work in a challenging environment. Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies as well as all functional areas in IT organization.

Should be able to support production and  should be available to support on call, as needed.

Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less

Skill Set: Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, ENDEVOR, CA7

Experience: 8+ years

Recent working experience in CICS, COBOL,DB2 is a must

Recent working experience in Credit/Debit or Financial domain is a must

Required Skills:
Mainframe Utilities, JCL, VSAM, DB2, ENDEVOR, CA7, CICS, COBOL, DB2, Credit/Debit or Financial domain.

Nice to have skills:
Assembler, Delivery Management

Knowledge on emerging technologies  is plus.

Intertest experience is a huge plus. Expert in multiple languages and tools.

 Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to drive the project planning, scheduling, Milestone Tracking, rollout and release management. Should drive project governance, scrum calls and able to build Scrum dashboards. Exceptional customer-facing skills Experience in dealing with complex client requirements. In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams. Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment Expertise in people management and leadership Strong organizational skills Capacity to train and guide junior team members Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
