Independently plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training initiatives and support the organizations human resource department. Identifies recruitment needs; Payroll Management, Time Mgmt, Day to day query.
 

Required Candidate profile

Required throughout 1st div in academic, regular MBA or equivalent degree in HRM from reputed Inst. and at least 15 yrs experience in Infra industry.
