- Ability to understand the incidents in WMS and resolve tickets/suggest resolution
- Manage incidents working with the customer and documenting the resolution
- Work closely with the customer and manage escalations
- Managing JIRA tickets
- Fix issues and propose solutions for prevention
- Identify opportunities for optimizztion/automation
