- Experience in project management
- An understanding of applying agile values and principles.
- Experience as a Scrum Master (preferable).
- Experience in applying Scrum and XP engineering practices (preferable)
- Experience as an agile evangelist, promoting the value of agile software delivery (preferable).
- Training will be provided in agile methodology.
- Technical experience in agile project management tooling and technologies.
- An understanding of automated testing frameworks and techniques.
- Willingness to adopt industry standard tooling and technologies.
