Candidate Must Work With State of Texas Education Department or Other State Client Education Department Experience is Must
Onsite/Local Project/Program Manager with BPR, FDA, Nutrition Programs/Orchard System (Education Department) experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or process improvement management.
Ability to analyze complex information, identify project risks, identify process gaps and utilize sound judgment to plan and address process
Ability to communicate technical information quickly and clearly to non-technical persons.
Demonstrated facilitation skills in leading a group to prioritize and identify necessity. · Preferred experience with Federal Food & Nutrition Programs. · Preferred experience with Office of State Superintendent of Education’s Orchard system
