Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and document the business process flows of a mainframe application 

• Research and review upstream and downstream interfaces and document findings 

• Present application understanding, define sequence diagrams, and build an overarching component model of the application 

• Collaborate with application subject matter experts, developers, and testers 

• Apply domain expertise in payment applications, including multi-bank structures, demand deposit accounting, general ledger, account hierarchy, overdraft, interest processing, OFAC, etc. 

Required Skills: 

• Strong documentation skills 

• Experience or knowledge of mainframe applications 

• Expertise in the payment domain 

• Familiarity with core banking principles 

• Understanding of accounting general ledger concepts
