Roles and Responsibilities
1. Perform per-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
2. Evaluate candidate abilities and interests combining various methods (eg. structured interviews, aptitude or technical assessments, and behavioural questions).
3. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
4. Ability to work with normal sourcing avenues such as Job Portals, Social Networking, References, LinkedIn.
5. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job targets as Communicated by Supervisors.
6. To meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the Centre.
7. Articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer.
8. Referral Generation
9. Generating a pool of suitable & interested candidates from various sources.
10. Following up actively with candidate until the Joining of the candidate.
11. Selling the opportunity to the prospective candidate.
12. Close position within given TAT Required Candidate profile.
13. Will require to work on multiple positions within given timelines.
14. Share feedback with inter department on reason for candidate rejects.

Perks and Benefits
1. Salary offered will be Rs. 8,500 /- for 2 Months of Contract.
2. Post Confirmation, Salary will be Rs. 12,000 /-.
