1. Expertise in designing, development, deployment and testing on responsive UI using Angular latest version.
2. Authentication authorization implementation OAuth/OIDC in UI apps.
3. Angular Library, widget(minified JS, UMD etc) implementation.
4. Dynamic component loading and application loading.
5. Angular micro front end design and architecture.
6. UI Deployment – config map creation, secrets creation with knowledge of NGX server deployment, checkmarx and Sonarcube.
7. Angular unit testing with client’s supported framework – Karma, Jasmin and protractor.
8. Working experience of client’s workforce hub environment to work on the reusable component and libraries which will be helpful in creating Compensation Hub from scratch.
9. Understanding of client’s specific gel standard, reusable component design.
10. Understanding of UX design and capability/skill to update or suggest modification based on best design approach.

Backend:

1. Working experience of backend development using Domain driven design approach and microservice architecture.
2. Working knowledge implementing authentication/Authorization using OIDC.
3. Working knowledge of development technologies like spring boot/JPA/REST/java 11/BPMN/DMN/swagger development.
4. Working knowledge of client’s Event framework using Kafka.
5. Working experience of BDD driven testing using Cucumber, selenium, jUnit, jMockit.
6. Experience of understanding Mainframe decomp using Smart TS and can traverse/understand functionalities in the mainframe.
7. Working knowledge Database(DB2) experience using normalization concepts, tables creation, PL-SQL for CRUD operations, stored procedures.
8. Working experience for deployment process including open-shift configuration, Jenkins configurations, Checkmarx, Sonar Cube.
9. GitHub knowledge with specialized Git commands like branching strategies, patch creation, cherry picking etc.   

 Process:

1. A person with good client communication skills.
2. A person must have good client’s processes understanding.
3. A person with a prior FPP experience is preferred.
4. A person who can work and lead the team (offshore) with example.
