JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting solutions, interfaces, integrations, and reports for various applications within the OnBase Suite of Products offered by Hyland Software.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
- Creates technical design of solutions/interfaces/integrations/applications that support/automate Enterprise operations utilizing the OnBase Platform.
- Architecting, designing, and developing OnBase solutions using Workflow, Workview, Unity API’s and different OnBase modules.
- Use OnBase APIs to extend and integrate OnBase with other in-house systems and databases such as Oracle SaaS ERP/HCM, ACF Qflow.
- Working with complex onBase HTML e-forms, Unity forms, Intergrations using C# Unity API scripts, Web Services (SOAP, REST).
- Gathering, analyzing business requirements and translating them to technical requirements used to design OnBase workflow/workview solutions.
- Mentors/instructs other team members.
- Supports/maintains applications built with Hyland Products.
- Work with manager and team to build new and enhance existing OnBase solutions using OnBase GUI interface, OnBase APIs and scripting
- Develop OnBase knowledge and best practices including OnBase APIs, Workflow, Workview. E-forms, Unity Forms, COLD or similar platforms.
- Analyzes, plans and designs the OnBase ECM Infrastructure, working closely with System Administrators to provision and set up servers and components.
- Coordinates with other departments regarding cross-platform applications.
- Creates detailed project plans.
- Develops, implements and tests disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensures operational procedures and best practices are followed.
- Participates in establishment of system performance objectives.
- Participates in strategic planning and budgeting for network hardware, software, and services.
- Performs product evaluations, process improvement, and practice refinement activities.
- Produces detailed weekly status reports.
- Responds to automated notifications from a variety of system and network monitoring systems and takes appropriate action.
- Researches and tests new technologies that will enhance the productivity and efficiency of the Clerk's office staff.
- Tracks progress of projects; adjusts schedules.
- Works with staff from outside agencies to troubleshoot integration issues.
- Analyzes root cause of problems and recommends resolution and preventative techniques.
- Tests software and reviews code.
- Serves as administrator of ECM system
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a computer technology field; and six (6) years of relevant experience.

CERTIFICATION, LICENSE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Prefer any four or more of the following certifications:
