Good understanding ServiceNow SAM Pro Module
Driving the end-to-end implementation of SAM Pro module and logical understanding of data point and integrating external platform for data imports.
Experience evaluating the accuracy of SAM Pro calculation in a decision tree.
Experience on building SAM Pro Reporting /Dashboard customization
Experience with logical understanding for Software Normalization workflow relates to Software Model , Discovery Model and Installation.
