•    3+ years of experience with Java in all phases of software development

•    Hands on development background and recent experience developing and implementing Java based Web Services, primarily in a REST model

•    Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

•    Experience building scalable and distributed micro-services

•    Experience with major open source tools and frameworks such as Spring, Docker, Hibernate, React

•    Experience with build and development tools like Gradle and Maven

•    Experience with Linux / Unix environments

•    Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to improve our products

•    Good to have experience with an event-based architecture e.g. Kafka
