Job description:
Facilitate business and functional requirements meetings.
Gather and manage business and technical requirements from business & IT stakeholders, SMEs, business analysts.
Derive the Logical Solutions, working alongside with development team, Business users and Product owner.
Create User Stories, Functional Requirement document, Process Flow documents
Transforming business requirements into business models using UML diagrams such as Use Case, Data Flow and Activity diagrams using MS Visio.
Overseeing various kinds of testing such as Functional, Integration and Regression testing, Smoke and Sanity testing in the pre-production environment.
Validate user stories post completion of development and testing in QA and UAT environments.
Responsible for creating end-user guides and documentation for business users.
