- 10+ years of programing exp in various backend technologies like NodeJs, Java, MongoDB, DB2, Oracle etc. 
- Associate needs to have mandatory solutioning expertise here. We are not just looking for a developer 
- Collaborate with stakeholders and strategists to understand the requirements and translate to design and solutions. 
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
- Knowledge on security protocols and data protections measures. 
- Good understanding of front-end technologies like ReactJS & ReactNative 
- Understanding on both web & mobile development cycles. 
- Exp in working with agile & scrum environment. 
- Proficient in tools like Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence & JIRA.
