JOB DETAIL

J.D:cloud native, Java/ Angular…payments, microservices experience, large scale project work,

They have to be onsite in St. Louis. They need to be assertive, well versed in Java/Spring, Tokenization, …… ect. This role needs a high level communicator that can keep up with their workflow and story load

The organization within Client that creates products for third party companies to buy and use. These products are Commercial Expense Reporting Portals, Client Card Buying and Services Portals, Client troubleshooting portals and more. Their flagship product right now is the Client Commercial Expense reporting tool. All commercial expenses bought on a Client Credit Card through Client are all tracked and expensed within this portal. Client buys this product from Client. The Commercial Group is the team that builds, manages, maintain, troubleshoot, and support this product and many others that are sold to third party companies. Client has 20% of their total revenue come from this group. Its big and its important.

This pod of engineers and leads will be serving the Core Services Group within the Commercial group. Core Services is a shared group to al the Commercial Group in which all front end pieces are stacked on. This team manages and build all the APIs and backend microservices that front end products are built on. There is no Front End on this team only back end developers needed here.

Objective for this Team:
Support and maintain all Commercial Group Products
Tasks include: Authentication of client users, Work Flow Management, developing and helping release push notification at request of the end client, managing settings and permissions of client products.
There are no legacy systems that this team is touching however some functionalities will be moving off of monolithic legacy systems and into Microservices. This team will assist in that

Tech Stack (Sr):
Heavy Spring Boot Suite, uses almost all features of Spring
Rest Based Microservices
API Testing and Calling (Tester)
Automated Testing (Tester)
Deployed tech on PCF in cloud space
Kafka
Oracle Data and Hibernate connecting the backend
Some SQL skills is a nice to have
