• Experience on Order Management Process and PSR Data modelling implementation
• Solution Implementation for OMT and Product Offering modules.
• Take care of SDWAN Order fulfilment & Inventory Management development requirements & provide solutions.
• Development Experience with Java scripting, Java Programming
• Good understanding of SDWAN domain – Solution development with Cisco -Viptela / Versa SDWAN on virtualized environment is preferred.
• Experience with Service and Resource Orchestration implementation and integration is preferred over VMware or AWS cloud hosted services and resources.
• Development experience with Cloud based service implementation and resource orchestration with CloudFormation, ansible, terraform based Infra as a code constructs.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification - Preferred
• Experience on following ServiceNow modules – Telecom Network Inventory, Catalog Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS
• Experience on ServiceNow foundation data management and data modelling

Technical Expertise:

• Javascript and Java Development experience
• Able to define terraform and CloudFormation resource templates.
• Creating and customizing UI and pages using Jelly
• Web Service Integration
• User Interface Level Integration
• MID Server Integration
• Integration with tools, applications, and systems
• Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.com
