  • Primarily - Datawarehouse migration from on prem to cloud . If we don’t get good profiles, we can also look at Scrum master on Datawarehouse projects
  • Scrum master who managed enterprise wide BI deployments

 

Essentially people who understand data environment.

 

Job Description:

  • Perform as a Scrum Master for 2- 4 scrum team(s) simultaneously completing system life cycle using the Agile Scrum Methodology phases from project initiation, analysis and requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
  • Perform Demand Management and Project Support Office functions
  • Perform burn-down metrics and maintenance, inspect, and provide metrics on artifacts, conduct change management, remove impediments, anticipate risks and dependencies managing them proactively.
  • Assist the Product Owner and Scrum team with Product and Sprint backlog planning and maintenance, ceremonies, artifacts creation, and maintenance.
  • Analyze, provide guidance, and communicate with all stakeholders constantly improving the quality of deliverables, and evolving the Definition of “Done”.
  • Train and coach, the organization on the Scrum framework, tools, values, processes, principles, values, best practices, execution, and adoption.  Ensuring Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to across the organization to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization

  • Familiarity with software development
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
